Interstate Brands Corporation (IBC) is the holding company for some of the most powerful brands in the nation including Hostess, Wonder, Dolly Madison and Butternut. Digital Lagoon has produced numerous recruitment, sales and training videos for IBC as well as several integrated training programs using both video and CD-ROM technologies. The integrated training applications include video training modules for retail store personnel and interactive training modules for route-service personnel and supervisors that are distributed to IBC bakeries nationwide. IBC attributes these applications as being instrumental in increased sales, a decrease in employee turnover and an increase in overall customer satisfaction.
